임신관련 카페에서 여러가지 글을 보다가  퍼틸리티가 임신에  도움이 된다는 글을 꽤 보았습니다.
기본 3개월정도 먹고 효과를 본 사람도 있고 아닌 사람도 있구요
어떤 산부인과 선생님도 추천했다고 하구요 
해서 구매를 해 볼까 하고 아이허브에 들렸지요.

그런데 성분이 딱히 특출난걸 모르겠습니다.
영양제 한알에 지금 먹고 있는 얼라이브 보다 영양 성분도 작고 ..... 이걸 정말 사먹고 효과가 있을지 모르겠습니다.

9월에 구매해서 신랑이랑 먹고 있는 얼라이브와 성분표를 비교해보았습니다.
군데군데 빈곳이 참 많네요.

얼라이브에는 마지막에 Proprietary Blend(독점 혼합물)부분에 있는거 빼고는 퍼틸리티에 들어있는 성분은 다 들어있습니다. 퍼틸리티에는 임신에 꼭 필요한 필수 영양소만 있는 거 같습니다. 가격은 $0.4 정도 차이가 납니다.
가격차이도 별로 안나는데 독점 혼합물에 얼마나 특별한게 있는지는 잘 모르겠지만 생각을 좀 해봐야 할 거 같습니다.

성분표상으로는 저렇지만 임신가능이라는 특성으로 볼때 일반 비타민제가 태아에게 어떠한 유해성분이 있는지 모르니 잘 확인하고 복용하는게 좋겠지요
